BERAPSAD RDC places the community, the most vulnerable groups, dignity, and human development at the center of its interventions and concerns.
Activities extended throughout the DRC and the Great Lakes region.
Strengthen community-based mechanisms for results-oriented, effective, and efficient management of emergency and development projects and programs.
Mobilize communities around participatory action research, promote good governance, peace, equal opportunity, and human dignity, in order to build resilient communities toward sustainable development.

Objectives of BERAPSAD RDC
Specific Objectives:

1Conduct multisectoral research and surveys, including social sciences and action research.

2Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations, as well as project and program evaluations.

3Provide consultancy in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

4Facilitate training on research development and qualitative/quantitative methods.

5Promote intercultural exchange and social cohesion for solidarity development.

6Contribute to the strengthening of good governance and the recovery of associations and cooperatives.

7Ensure capacity building for national and community organizations.

8Implement and provide technical/financial support to community projects and programs.
Terrain & Résultats
Experiences of BERAPSAD RDC
BERAPSAD RDC has conducted several evaluations and projects in partnership with UN Women, UNDP, World Bank, International Alert, CORDAID, IOM, COUNTERPART INTERNATIONAL, SWISS CONTACT, among others. Its interventions cover peace, participatory governance, gender-based violence, health, education, and women economic recovery through VSLAs.
